today announced plans to increase its European presence by opening a new office in
Amsterdam, Holland.

The eGain team in Amsterdam will focus on developing the business across Northern
and Central Continental Europe, and also provide local support and professional
services to customers across the region from this base.

complexity of multi-country and multi-continent deployment. Our office in Amsterdam
will enable us to bring the cost advantages of eGain\'s proven global operating model

This operation will complement the company\'s European headquarters in Slough, UK,
and help fulfill the growing need for multichannel customer service solutions for

the UK and continental Europe, including ABN AMRO, Vodafone, HMV, RDW, Barclays, TRW
and Virgin Mobile.
